What to Expect
We are committed to helping each patient reach their health goals, whether that is a pain-free walk through the neighborhood, competing for a championship in their chosen sport, or anything in-between. All visits are scheduled for a one hour block and will typically run 50-55 minutes to allow time to finish up with one patient and be fully prepared for the next one. Your initial evaluation and all follow-up visits will be with Dr. Sean for the whole session. If you wish to bring someone to your appointment for company, they are welcome to join! You will often be provided information related to your care and it can be helpful to have a second person listening.
Scheduling
On the bottom of each page, you will find a “Book Your Appointment Online” button which will allow you to create your patient profile through Jane App, complete your intake paperwork, and schedule all appointments. We require you to put a card on file in order to schedule online. This is to cut down on time for collecting payment so that each patient can be treated for as much of their appointment as possible. NO PAYMENT IS DUE FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. As mentioned above, each appointment slot will run approximately 50-55 minutes. Please be on time for your appointment to help us maintain an accurate schedule! If you arrive late for your appointment, it will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full visit.
Insurance and Payment
We do not accept health insurance of any type at Redefining Chiropractic. All payments are due in full at the end of each appointment and can be paid using cash or a card.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The first time rescheduling or canceling less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment does not have a penalty, we understand that things happen. However, the second time this occurs you will be charged 50% of the full cost for an appointment. You will be charged the full amount for a visit with the third occurrence and beyond. Not giving proper notice to change your appointment prevents us from being able to schedule another patient who could otherwise benefit from care. Any cancellation or rescheduling done more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment does not have a penalty. A no-show for your scheduled appointment will result in you being charged the full cost of a visit.
